THD Vietnam Project Development Joint Stock Company, after researching in the province, together with its partner, built an agricultural and industrial complex to produce and process rice and rice husks associated with renewable energy in Nhon commune. Project groups take advantage of locally available agricultural wastes such as straw and form elephant grass growing areas to produce feed for modern cow farms. Waste from livestock continues to be the input material for the biogas plant to generate electricity. The complex also has other components including agricultural product processing plant, mushroom and algae production, rooftop solar power system, wind power and geothermal exploitation… On the basis of advanced science and solutions from the In European countries, the project groups are expected to create a combined economic and social effect of the province, produce clean energy and do not pollute the environment.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee assessed that the contents of the circular eco-economy complexes that the company built are very suitable with the actual situation and orientation to adapt to climate change, improve high value of agricultural production of the province in the period of 2021-2025. At the same time, the Department of Planning and Investment was assigned to act as the focal point to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to guide and support the company in taking the next steps. The company side needs to record and study the opinions of departments and sectors at the meeting to add to the project. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development actively cooperates with the company to research and develop the circular economy project of the province in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
