On the morning of October 16, at the headquarters of THDV Green Development Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony took place between THD Vietnam Project Development Joint Stock Company, THDV Green Development Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company and Sowareen Company (Federal Republic of Germany).

This is an important event marking and promoting the relationship between the parties, building the direction of circular economy development, renewable energy production, organic agriculture in Hau Giang province in particular and the entire Mekong Delta region in general. The goal of the project is to put environmental protection first, to bring Vietnam to the forefront of sustainable economic development, to export products to the region and the world in ASEAN.

On the side of THDV Green Development Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company, there was the presence of Dr. Mai Huy Tan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of THDV Company. At the same time, he was the former General Director of Duc Viet Food Joint Stock Company. Dr. Mai Huy Tan is the author of the green development circular economy model, who has spent a lot of time and effort over the years researching.

On that basis, Dr. Tan proposed green development modules suitable to the natural conditions and economic potential of Hau Giang province, which is the Organic Agriculture Complex (Growing Elephant Grass – Livestock) associated with renewable energy in Tan Phuoc Hung commune, Phung Hiep district, in Hau Giang province (GreenDeVi) and agro-industrial complex producing and processing rice and rice husks associated with renewable energy in Nhon Nghia A commune, district Chau Thanh A, Hau Giang Province (AGINE).

On the side of Sowareen Company (Federal Republic of Germany), there was the presence of Mr. Juergen Czilinsky – Sowareen’s CEO. Sowareen company is one of the leading companies of Germany, has rich experience in the field of biogas plants and biochar factories, organic fertilizer factories, not only in the Republic of Korea. Germany, but also in many countries around the world.

Implementing Resolution No. 55 – NQ/TW of the Politburo in 2020 stipulating the strategic orientation of Vietnam’s national energy development to 2030, with a vision to 2045. Project Development Joint Stock Company THD Vietnam has focused on research for many years and cooperated with leading partners in the circular economy from Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Switzerland, France, Japan… to implement the project. Circular economy in Hau Giang province is recognized in Resolution 5 of the Provincial Party Committee for the period of 2021 – 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Mai Huy Tan believes that this strategic cooperation agreement will contribute to sustainable development and economic development but still be associated with green environment protection, building raw material areas and taking advantage of agricultural by-products in combination with organic renewable energy flows is a model capable of fully and effectively exploiting land, capital, technology, human resources, management experience, contribute to the development of sustainable agriculture. Creating jobs, increasing incomes, encouraging getting rich go hand in hand with hunger eradication and poverty reduction, and widespread distribution of labor.

As a strategic partner of this circular economy project, Sowareen Company is a supplier of machinery and equipment, technology transfer for biogas plants and biochar production plants, and production plants. organic fertilizers as component plants of the Agine & Greendevi complex.

The signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between THD Vietnam Project Development Joint Stock Company, THDV Green Development Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company and Sowareen Company ended successfully with the high agreement of the three parties, create a solid foundation for both a development strategy of the Mekong Delta region in particular and Vietnam in general.
