The 13th National Party Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 1, 2021, the country’s development orientation for the period 2021-2030 is preceded by a new economic development in a circular and sustainable trend associated with protection. environment, especially emphasizing not to trade environment for economic development.

Immersed in the development trend of the world and the country, we have focused on research for many years and cooperated with leading partners in the field of circular economy from Germany, the Netherlands, and Finland. , Switzerland, France, Japan… to implement projects on circular economy in Hau Giang province: “Agri-industrial complex producing and processing rice, rice husk straw associated with renewable energy in Nhon Nghia commune A, Chau Thanh A district” and “The complex of organic agriculture (Growing elephant grass – livestock) associated with renewable energy in Tan Phuoc Hung commune, Phung Hiep district” was recognized in the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee. period 2021 – 2025.
